technology so develop to build the bronze chariot horses in the Qin Dynasty?

Is the technology so develop that they are able to build the bronze chariot horses at that time ?

That is a mystery, although those chariot horses were found in the Terra Cotta Warriors. The bronze ware techonology was advance in the Zhou Dynasty, for many big wares for rites made in that area. So, it is possible to have those stuff in the Qin Dynasty.
