What was the society like that Qin Shi Huangdi lived in?

Social structure: The emperor is the owner of the country. Qin Shi Huang entitled three ministers as the top of the central government to help the emperor. In local, there are shires superior to country, then to township, village and and wu (five families as one wu). Man, especial father is the head of a family. Women did housework. For example people in the condition of servitude, man dealt with building something while women husking rice, etc.
