I live in Billings, Mt. 59102, my Chinese passport expired in March of 2011, because i was unable to go to Washington D. C. to renew it. I only arrived in America on October 4th, 2010 to live with my American husband.My mother is very old now and i would like to renew my passport so that i can go to China to see her. You need to visit Embassy of China in Washington DC in person for passport renewal. Prepare for an application form for passport renewal (form is available at Embassy's website in Chinese version), 2 passport-sized photos (48mmX 33mm), original passport, copies of its information page,visa for America, exit and entery records.
