Advice for trips to Kunming, Lijiang and Shangrila

Hi,
we will be travelling to Kunming and have 10 days to travel around. Our first plan is to cover Kunming, Lijiang and Shangrila, but need to identify what to see in each place. Appreciate for any advice to help in our planning so as to maximise our time.

1) What are the top must visit places which we can do from Kunming or Lijiang?
2) Are there day tours to cover trips to Shangrila, meadows, Jade mountain etc?
3) Estimated cost for the above trips
