do i require a Hong Kong permit if i am travelling to shenzhen through hongkong by bus/ferry

I need to go to china for business.I wish to take a flight to Hong kong and from there go to shenzhen by either ferry or bus/sharing taxi.Do I need to have a permit for Hongkong apart from having a chinese visa?On my way back i want to follow the same procedure

Not necessary, sir, as an Indian passport holder, you are not required visa to HK for 14 days. You can take a flight to HK and then to Shenzhen.
