About:Entry Regulations of China

What documents are needed for a Chinese national to go Hong Kong then home?

We will be ending a tour in Hong Kong. I will be flying back to USA from there, my friend will be flying back to Hangzhou.

They need HK entry permit to enter Hong Kong, which can be handle in local entry&Exit Administration. Then they can just leave for Hangzhou after visiting HK.
