From Harbour plaza 8 degrees hotel, you can just walk to Victoria habour to enjoy symphony of lights. Do you mean St. John's Cathedral? If yes, you can take Hk subway tsuen wan line to Tsim sha tsui to Central, and then walk to the cathedral.
