chinese invitation letter

Question

What is the acceptable means of sending  my certificate of incorporation authenticated by both Chinese Embassy and Nigeria Ministry of Affairs to my Host in China?I did scan the authenticated certificate to my host for securing the invitation letter but it was rejected by the Authority in china. Now my host is telling me that the  Authority in China is insisting on the original authenticated Certificate & not a scan copy.Is this true? and by what means must i send the Original authenticated certificate to China?I need a prompt response.

it is true that the authority in China, such as Local Foreign Affairs Office, need the original authenticated certificate of incorporation.
