What time can visa applications be made in person for same-day collection in Marseille?

You very kindly replied to my previous question about same-day single-entry visa applications in Marseille.
Could you please confirm that this service is available every day (Monday - Friday) and also let me know what the time restrictions for this service are ie do I need to arrive at the Consulate at 9am and should I expect to wait until the end of the working day? I would be grateful if you could also confirm if my UK Passport and completed Application form are all the documentation that is required on the day.
