About:Chinese Jade

What is the quality of a good jade bangle?

I would like to purchase one but I have no knowledge on the criteria & what quality should should I look for when buying a raw one. Please assist me

I hear some ways to identify: one is trickle a drop of water over it, if the water drop can stay still for a long time without scattering, then it is good; two is that touching genuine one, you will feel cold and lubricating; third is turn it to the light or sunshine, if it is transparent, gleaming and with even color, then it is of good qualtity; four is that looking ait through a magnifier - the less cracks it has, the better it is.
