To get Chinse citizenship by an Indian married to a chinese girl

Sir, On behalf of my niece I have a question to get answer from u. My niece already in China under work permit for the last 8 years. He got married to a chinse girl. He would like to have chinese cityzenship. What are proceedure he should adopt
