Where is my parcel

i ordered an item of ebay and was given tracking number RA032740459CN this was back in february and parcel has not arrived can you tell me where it is and when it will arrive

I find your parcel was re-sent to Great Britain on March 9th, 2011. You should have received it now. If not, try to contact the local post office to find what happened to it.
