You can take bus NR330 from Pak Lam Road, Layby near the roundabout to Tsing Yi Station (General Loading/Unloading Bay) , then transfer MTR from Tsing Yi station to Tung Chung Station. Then walk to the Ngong Ping 360 cable car terminal.0
