T3 to T1, how to travel

I will arrive from the USA in Terminal 3. How can I transfer to terminal 1 for a domestic flight (more than 3 hours later)? Thank

When you arrive at T3 and finished immigration and customs, please follow the direction to the Gate 5 of the arrival hall, where you could catch the free shuttle bus to get to T1's departure floor. Do check-in and board on your flight~
