About:Traveling Cost in China

Hi, I want to travel around china for 3 months. First month I have to go Beijing for learn Mandarin at the BLCU university. The accomodation at the BLCU is a little high, 160 rmb/ day.
Is 300 euro enough te spend for food and see the sighseeing places in Beijing for 1 months?
After Beijing, I want to travel around cities like Shanghai, Xian, Chengdu, Chongqing, Guiling, Yangshuo, Guangzhou and Shenzhen in 2 months. I want to make this all by train, because It's cheaper than with airplane. Is 2000-2500 euro enough for spend 2 months in these cities ( food, sightseeing, cheap hostel and trainticket)?

Yeah, 300 Euro are enough for dining and sightseeing excluding the accommodation in Beijing for one month. I think 2000 euro are enough for 2 months travel in those Chinese cities.
