Hi, the visa is required for Iranians to visit China. And the Valid Exit-Entry Permit to Macau is also required. From Shenzhen to Macau, you can take a ferry from Shekou port as Shekou Port has ferry services to Macau Ferry Terminal and Taipa Temporary Ferry Terminal, which takes about one hour by costing around CNY 270 for first class.
