Well, I am afraid it is extremely broiling in Wuhan in August since  Wuhan is renowned for its scorching heat and high humidity in summer. The temperature can be up to 40C. Cotton, rather than nylon clothing is recommended. It is cool in October and the temperature may be about 14~23C.
