About:China Visa Fees

Hello
I am teaching in China. My husband is coming to stay with me and then we are travelling. He has a single entry visa and will have to get it extended before we travel. He arrives May 27th and we fly home July 20th. What should he do? Does he need to change flight to one month stay?
I will be applying for an extension June 20th. Should he as well? Would he be denied for any reason? Also when he arrives in China how does he register his residency?

he doesn't need to change flight to one month stay, your husband can apply for one month stay duration when his single entry visa will expire. he needs to register his residency at the local police station where you live in China.
