I am dying to go to Bozhou to see Cao Cao park and the museum inside. Can anyone pkease please tell me how to get from the city of Haikou (Hainan province) where I am staying in the city, the quickest and the cheapest way? And where to put up there in a cheap place? Thank you very much in advance!

You can take flight from Haikou to Hefei first and then take train from Hefei to there. I suggest you try to find a budget hotel at the city center area which would be much convenient.
