About:Madame Tussauds Hong Kong

is their any bus from the airport going to Mirador Mansion( Cosmic Hostel) at 3am in the midnight?

Yes, you can take bus N21 and get off at Cameron Road Nathan Road. Then walk forward for few steps, you will see the building.
