We have sent them request by e-mail several times but no reply received so far. Is it better to talk to Mr. Xie directly or anything you can help us in the matter that the Iranian participants (most of them are Professors or PHD student) to apply Hong Kong visa attending the conference?

Ms.Kwan, please contact the consular office of the embassy, the ambassador is too busy to reply you. In fact, you need to send the invitation letter to the three persons, they prepare other documents to submit visa application to consular office of the embassy directly.

If you are in Hong Kong, you can ask them to send their passports to you, you can apply for visa through the Immigration Department of Hong Kong SAR department.

The easiest way to find China Travel Service Hong Kong to help you to apply for Hong Kong visa. It seems that you are not clear with the procedure of visa application, it is complex for you to do it.
