Hi there,

We'll be travelling together with friends this summer to China and I was wondering whether we could send our visa applications by post/courrier to the embassy in Sofia? We are Bulgarian citizens but just do not live in Sofia.

If the above is possible how are the passports sent back?

Also, just to confirm for myself - is Shanghai under special visa regulations?
