Can someone please tell me what Qin Shi Huandi's legacy was to the modern world and what was his role as an emperor. Thank you

His legacy? The terra cotta Warriors, the Great Wall (although most part of the wall now was built in the Ming Dynasty), and many musteries. He was the first feudal empror in Chinese History with supreme majesty. Centralization of authority started from Qin Shihuang. He was an emperor, great or crule in disputes, but a big figure remarking an era.
