I have got 1 year F category multiple visa with 30 days stay only so if i wanna extend another 30 days can i go to hong kong and come back the same day to get another 30 days extend .And how many times can i go to hong kong and come back to get 30 days extension .

Yes, you can go to Hong Kong and come back on the same day to get another 30 days stay duration. You can go to Hong Kong for many times and come back to get 30 days stay duration.
