I am arriving at Shanghai airport on July 21st in afternoon and was wondering the best way to get to Radisson New World Hotel.Also...Am I able to arrange a tour of cities around Shanghai once I arrive?

So you will arrive at Shanghai PVG airport, right? If yes, you can take the subway line 2 and get off at Renmin Square Station(Exit 9), then walk to the Radisson New World Hotel. It will take you about 1 hour and 40 minutes. And if you take a taxi directly, it will cost you about CNY160. Hope it is helpful.By the way, it is ok for you to arrange a tour once your arrival, but i think it is better to book a tour in advance. Anyway, it is up to you. Good luck.
