About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

I got a job and working permit in China, now I need apply Work Visa outside of China. I came from USA and have USA passport. Can I apply Work Visa at Hongkong, instead of USA?

If the official invitation letter was addressed to Commissioner's Office of Foreign Affairs Ministry in Hong Kong SAR, you can apply work visa at Hong Kong.
