which will receive fewer visitors, badalingmutianyu?

My family want to climb the Great Wall of China this coming May Day holiday. But I was told by my Chinese friend that the Badaling section will be crowded and it may be a little dangerous for little kids, so she recommend Mutianyu, which will receive fewer visitors than Badaling. What do you think, do you think Mutinyu will be better? Any reply appreciated.

Yes, I think the Mutianyu section will be better. If there are too many people, you won't enjoy the scenery freely.

Hi, just visited the wall last Saturday. We went to the Mutianyu section.  Not too many people, we could take a picture and have no one in the background. Talked to a lady at the airport the next day who visited the Badaling section -- she said it was packed!
