Hi, from Guangzhou to Kaili, there is only one train K64/K65 operating, which departs at 15:31. Usually, the issued tickets could be delivered to the hotel address in the departure city. Since you do not stay at any hotel in Guangzhou, you would better contact some agencies who could deliver the tickets to you in person when you reach Guangzhou.
