Miradore Mansion is just above Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station, so metro is the most convenient way of transporation there. To Victoria Peak, you can take MTR to Central and get of from Exit J2. Then follow the instriction to find the Peak tram station in Garden Road. You can also take mini bus no. 1 from Central to the top of the Peak directly. Back to Central and walk through the passageway to Hong Kong Station. Take MTR to Sunny Bay. Then change to Disney resort line to Disneyland.

To Ocean Parks from the mansion, take MTR to admiralty, one stop only, then change to bus 629 to Ocean Park directly. Then back to Admiralty, take MTR to Central/Hong Kong, then to Tung Chung. There is cable or bus 23 to Ngong Ping. Citygate is in Tung Chung, just next to the MTR station. Ngong Ping is closer to Disneyland. So, I suggest you go to Disneyland and Ngong Ping in one day and Ocean Park and Victoria Peak in one to avoid a detour.
