About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

My concern is some university say still June 30 the application deadline so which universities are this dead line and i want to study on Environmental Issue so let me know this university and apply before dead line

I know Qingdao University, but the deadline is not for all students. Those who would study language first, should sunmit the application before March 10. If you persume master or doctor's degree, the deadline is April 30.
