I am Singapore PR and Malaysian. Currently working at Singapore. l had bought the airasia ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Chengdu, China dated 30/7/2011 to 6/8/2011 for travelling purpose together with my parents. My parents are Malaysian and stay at Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Can l apply visa for my parents at China Embassy in Singapore? What is the charges for each of them?
