Hi,
I am Singapore PR and Malaysian. Currently working at Singapore. l had bought the airasia ticket from Kuala Lumpur to Chengdu, China dated 30/7/2011 to 6/8/2011 for travelling purpose together with my parents. My parents are Malaysian and stay at Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Can l apply visa for my parents at China Embassy in Singapore? What is the charges for each of them?
How long is the processing time?

So, you visa application can be done through Chinese embassy in Singapore, but your parents need to apply in Malaysia. The regular processing for China visa is 4 working days.
