About:China Work Visa

Hi, I am the defacto partner of a young lady - she has been appointed to a senior exec role on a Z Visa in BJ.
Is a defacto relationship recognised by PRC & therefore I qualify for spouse Z visa?
If not, what options do I have with regards to moving to BJ as a male spouse, undertaking Mandarin Language training & then being open to, as yet identified commercial opportunities? ( I have held senior exec & consultant roles )

No, sir, if you want to apply for a Z visa as spouse, you need to provide marriage certificate, detacto relationship is not recognised by PRC. If you want to work in China, you can find you a job first. Then, your further employer can apply for you a work permit and send you also an invitation letter for work visa application.
