About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

Hello to all Knindly tell help me in filling online application form of china govt. scholarships form. I fill all things but has confusion in some fields. such as Guarantor's Name ? what is this.

The sponsor that will be responsible for your stay in China, including fanancial problems. They can be your parents, relatives or friends, but can not be students.

Its mean if i have no one who knows me i cant apply for study in china. A sponsor can be form my side or not? kindly clear me about what mean of grantor? Thans
