Can I take a train directly from Xiamen to aomen? If so, is the schedule on daily basis?

There is no train in operation between Xiamen and Macau. You are suggested to take a flight instead. Alternatively, you can take a domestic flight to Zhuhai first and then take a coach or ferry from Zhuhai Gongbei Port to Macau directly.0
