Sir,I entered china in year 2003 as a teacher (Teaching Computer Science) in Shandong University .i worked in college for 3 years .Than i got a Technology Leader job in Shanghai in top Software company International. I am still working in shanghai(Shanghai Employee).Shanghai company has send me to USA(LOS ANGELES) .Now i am in usa last 1 year.I want to apply for Permanent residience in China.Am i eligible to get it. How long wil it take.

You are not eligible for permanent residence permit, and it is still very hard to be issued one even if for those who meet all the requirements as above.
