Hello,
I completed my MBBS in suzhou, at soochow university. Now planning to apply for Masters program in USA. I came to know that i have to get degree attestations at USA embassy in china to apply for universities in USA. Can anyone tell me what is the procedure and how to take appointments etc..

First, apply for notarization of the degree at Suzhou Notary Public, then go to Suzhou Foreign Affairs to apply for authentication, at last go to US consulate in Shanghai to apply for authentication.
