HOW LATE ARE THE BANKS OPEN INSIDE SHANGHAI PUDONG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT? ARE THE RATES FOR DOLLAR TO YUAN EXCHANGE THE SAME OR LOWER/HIGHER THAN WHEN EXCHANGING IT AT THE BANK NEAR THE HOTEL?

The banks in Pudong airport usually operates till the last flight arrival in the airport. The rate is less good in the airport than it in the bank near the hotel.
