About:Taiwan Weather

hi, I'm planing to go Taiwan mid of November. How's the weather during the time? is it suitable for outdoor activities and photo shooting ? Some says it's raining season.

It is warm ans sunny then in Western and Central Taiwan, but warm and humid in Taipei and Yilan.
