Hi there!I'm planning to go to Luoyang from Zhengzhou. How to get to the Peony Festival from the train station? What is the best time to go there? Last question, what is the cheapest but comfortable hostel/hotel in Luoyang and how much the price per night? Would my student card cut the price half down?Thanks

Bus 62 can take you from Luoyang train station to Luoyang Stadium where the Peony Festival is held.  This month is the best time for you to go there. GreenTree Inn LuoYang Peony Square Hotel may be suitable for you which is located at 20, Guangzhou Market, Jianxi District,Luoyang. It is about $22 to $58 per night. If you hold an internation student card,  you can get a half down price.
