You need to get a single status certificate, then the single status certificate and divorce certificate should be notarized by a notary office and certified by the Ministry of Government and Consumer Services of Ontario or by the Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs of Manitoba, then authenticated by the Consulate General of China in Toronto.
