we are planning trip for a week from 1st Nov. till 8th Nov to Shanghai. Advice on weather and clothing rqstd as also on what shopping items worth buying and reasonable. thanks.

About 17-25C. Not cold and just a bit cool at night. Wear long sleeve shirt and you can bring a light jacket. For shopping, you can get around the City God Temple (Cheng Huang Miao) area to buy some locals stuff.
