Hi, I wish to purchase 4 train tickets from Guangzhou to Shantou on the 4th May 2011 (Train T8357/T8360), with soft seating option but it is not available. Is the soft seat not available for this service?

There are no soft seats equipped but only hard seats, hard sleepers and soft sleepers available on the trains from Guangzhou to Shantou. So, you'd better choose other berth/seat types.
