About:Marriage Registration in China

hi, i 'm krishna again from nepal. i am still confuse about marriege register becauase i have already registered our marriege in nepal and got marriege certificate. and its already authenticeted by chinese ambassy. but still do i need to marriege registered also in china. if so could please tell me what kind of document i should bring when i go to china at my wife? thank you sir!

hi, i am not an advisor, but in your case everything is very clear., your question is the final step which you need to know during they days you will be in china.

1) Take marriage registration certificates to chinese embassy (later take with u to china)
2) apply visa on behalf of your wife
3) go to china,
4) let your wife contact to the marriage registration office in her city to get further information if they required to get register your marriage there.

Mr.krishna, as Mr.Badal replied, it is the last step for you to go, you don't need to register marriage in China again, now apply for a visa and go to China, take the marriage license and authentication document of marriage license issued by China embassy in Nepal to go to the local police station to change the status of your wife.
