Hello,

I will be arriving at Beijing T3 at 06:30am with Air China and need to take a connecting domestic flight at 09:15am, also with Air China from T3. This leaves 2 hours and 45 minutes for the transfer. Is this sufficient?

Two hours will be enough for your transfer. If you already get the onward boarding pass before coming to Beijing, more time will be save.
