Dear Sir,Several couples will be traveling to China in Sept. arriving in Beijing and departing from Shanghai.The question I have is 12 of travelers are living in Hawaii and we live in the Los Angeles area, and I would like to get their Visas for them. Could the group in Hawaii send me their passport and necessary application forms to get their Visa at the Chinese Embassy in Los Angeles the same time we submit ours? I will be using my credit card to pay for all the necessary fees. You can apply for them China visas on their behalf with all required document well prepared. It is ok also to pick up their visas with receipts.
