Sir what is to be written on the first column""Agency no."?

Sir it means that we can apply in only one university at one time....rite????
N what is the procedure if we want to aplly in more then one universitie???as there is only one box in which only one agency number can be written at one time...

As I know, people can choose a major but can choose from three universities. There is a another agency number involved which refers to the code of Pakistan. Anyway, those documents will submit to Chinese Embassy in your country, I suggest you make an enquiry to the embassy first.
