About:Passport

I have applied for a new passport by post to Hong Kong. I have retained my current passport until the new one is issued and returned to me. When my application (for a new passport) is submitted they will electronically cancel my old passport. However, I need to travel/fly inside China every week for work. Can I travel on domestic flights inside China using my old passport?

It is ok, but better take along your home return permit or Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents.
