My parents are travelling on 5th May from Beijing to London via the route Beijing to Moscow and Moscow to London. They don't speak another language apart from Chinese and I am very worried about their connection at Moscow as I have been told by someone that it is an easy connection as the airport layout can be confusing. Is there any assistant can be arranged to help them at the Moscow airport? Do you know a phone number I can call for support?Thanks & look forward to your reply.
