It is impossible for you to get a China visa in Korea if you do not have ARC valid for not less than 6 months. If you really need to apply abroad, you can try to apply in Hong Kong through the Commissioner's Office of the Ministry of China Foreign Affairs. The general processing there takes 4 working days, and also, express/rush service are available.
