About:Chinese Consulate in New York

My husband is US citizen and I'm holding a green card.We are both had HKSAR ID card. Our 2 daughters were born in US. Can i apply the children HKSAR ID card through Chinese consulate? Thank you

Yes, you can apply HKSAR ID card through Chinese consulate

I spoke to the china consulate this morning and was advised that they cannot apply the children HKSAR ID in US.
